Cascade Hypnosis Center was established by Erika Flint, BCH, MCPHI, OB, in 2013 to provide professional, ethical, and local hypnosis and hypnotherapy sessions and hypnosis related education to the greater Whatcom County area of Washington state. We serve Bellingham, Blaine, Ferndale, Mount Vernon, Burlington, Anacortes, Oak Harbor, Arlington, the San Juan Islands, Everett, Seattle, and lower BC.
Cascade Hypnosis Center resides in the Bellingham National Bank building, offering hypnosis sessions, community education on hypnosis and related topics on overall self-improvement and wellness, and hypnosis and hypnotherapy certification training approved by the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH).

Our mission is to provide compassionate and professional hypnotherapy training and services that empower people to align with and achieve their greatest aspirations. We are committed to providing the best hypnosis services to our clients and are constantly staying up to date on the best and most effective hypnosis techniques in the profession. Our values are based on commitment and respect. All of our sessions are completely confidential.
Our Practice
We care about people first and foremost. We understand that you may have tried everything else before wanting to use hypnosis to help you with your issue. We respect your beliefs and treat you with respect. Our office is in a safe, comfortable, and convenient location in downtown Bellingham in the historic Bellingham National Bank building. It is very important to us that your particular situation is addressed, and all your concerns met. We are experienced in helping people achieve their goals.

President and Owner of Cascade Hypnosis Center, and Award-Winning Board Certified Hypnotist, Accredited Master Certified Professional Hypnotherapy Instructor, and author of four best-selling books, including Reprogram Your Weight. Erika is passionate about helping people through the power of hypnosis. Only 2% of hypnotists are Board Certified by the NGH, and Erika's passion and commitment to hypnosis is evident.
Erika has been invited to speak at the National Guild of Hypnotists convention every year since 2014, and she works full time at Cascade Hypnosis Center seeing clients, teaching classes on hypnosis, and teaching certification courses on hypnotherapy.
Erika is a leader in the profession and regularly writes, teaches, and shares her knowledge online through a variety of formats including articles on hypnosis.org, appearing as a regular co-host on Cal Banyan's popular internet hypnosis education program Hypnosis, etc., blogging on CascadeHypnosisTraining.com and CascadeHypnosisCenter.com and teaching hypnosis certification courses.
