Refunds on classes and workshops. Full refunds minus $20 processing fee will be given up to 60 business days before the class or workshop. Between 10-60business days the full amount of the class can be applied to register for a different class, but no refunds are given. Within 10 days of class cancellations or no-shows are not refunded.
Refunds on hypnosis certification courses. All certification course payments are non-refundable and can be used toward a future course date with a $400 course transfer fee. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on hypnosis certification courses. If you are not 100% satisfied by lunch of the first day, return all your materials for a full refund, minus a $700 non-refundable deposit. Must attend first day of class to be eligible for the refund.
No refunds are offered on services or deposits for services. Services can be rescheduled within 10 business days without any charge or change fee.
Shipping
Domestic Orders: All Domestic orders will be shipped Fed Ex Ground or USPS. All International orders will be shipped USPS or Fed Ex. Some orders may include insurance costs. Alternate shipping methods available by request, additional charges may apply. Orders will be processed for shipping within 2 business days from receipt of order.
International Orders : Note that additional costs for Custom's duty, VAT or GST may be incurred in your country. We are not responsible for this extra cost.
Returns/ Exchanges
Defective CDs/DVDs - Mechanically defective CD's & DVD's may be exchanged for the same title only within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be made only upon receipt by us of the defective merchandise. We cannot be responsible for return shipping cost.
